Refund policy

Snubbull is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If our products don’t meet your expectations, you can easily return them within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Standard Returns: $0.00 restocking and handling fee / Orders processed but not yet shipped: $10.00 restocking and handling fee


Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order for a full refund.
  • After Processing: Once your order has been packaged or a shipping label has been created, it can no longer be canceled for a full refund. A $10 restocking and handling fee will be applied. 
  • After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. 


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, and in original condition.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Exclusions: Clearance items and custom cushions (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
  • All returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements will be rejected.
  • Items returned with visible stains, odors, or signs of misuse may be rejected.
  • All returns must be shipped to Snubbull’s designated return address.

How to Request a Return

1. Email support@snubbull.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide return instructions and return address(Customers can contact our support team for guidance on returns and exchanges.). Once approved, you can ship the item back. If the product is defective, we provide a prepaid shipping label.

All orders placed on this website are shipped from within the United States. Returns and exchanges are processed at the above business address. Customers must contact us prior to returning any item to obtain return instructions. All return requests are handled by Barry Room Inc. in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Refunds are generally processed within 14 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the transaction. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@snubbull.co.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund.
  • Snubbull covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products.

Returned Packages & Shipping Accuracy

  • If a package is returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.
