Refund policy

Snubbull is committed to providing a simple and transparent return experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns due to change of mind, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • No restocking fees or handling fees will be charged for approved returns.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@snubbull.co.

Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Order number
  • Name used to place the order
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the product if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not return an item before receiving return instructions from Snubbull. Our customer support team will provide the return address and instructions for sending your package.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
  • Items with visible stains, odors, damage, excessive wear, or signs of misuse may not be accepted.
  • Clearance items and customized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@snubbull.co within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review your request.

  • Snubbull will provide a replacement or a full refund for approved claims.
  • Snubbull will cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or color, or no longer want the product, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Snubbull will provide return instructions after your return request has been approved.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item according to this Return Policy. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have been shipped.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery according to this Return Policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Shipping Information Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
  • If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any applicable shipping costs actually incurred may be deducted from the refund.
