In the event of a conflict regarding data collection or processing, the Privacy Policy shall prevail. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snubbull website and services. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

5. Billing and Payment Terms

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
- Payment authorization cannot be obtained;
- There is a pricing or product information error;
- Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
6. Taxes
Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout according to U.S. state and local laws. No additional taxes or fees are charged on domestic U.S. orders.
7. Shipping
We ship orders within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product. While risk of loss passes to you upon delivery, we provide assistance for items lost in transit as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
8. Order Cancellation and Refunds
Before Shipping: You can cancel your order for a full refund.
After Processing:
If your order has been packaged or a shipping label has been created, it can no longer be canceled for a full refund. A $10.00 handling fee applies to orders canceled after processing but before shipping. Standard returns do not incur a restocking fee.
After Shipping:
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
9. Accuracy of Information
We strive to display accurate product and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except as expressly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

You and Snubbull agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the State of Colorado. You consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.
